ABOUT KAMMRATH & ASSOCIATES

Kammrath & Associates is a Mesa, Arizona-based company which has provided a wide range of commercial real estate research services to brokers, developers, appraisers, investors, government agencies and others who desire current and accurate information.  The company was founded in 1981 and has built a customer base by compiling and publishing ongoing standardized reports dealing with various types of investment property.  As the longest period comprehensive tracker and distributor of area real estate data, the company has accumulated unique historical resources for the performance of specialized, tailored studies dealing with commercial real estate in central Arizona.
As of January, 2010, and in conjunction with the semi-retirement of its founder, the company has begun to phase out the database and market summary projects which had long been a mainstay of the firm.  It is expected this process will be complete by the end of the year.  In the meantime, existing clients will continue to receive updates to the services for which they have contracted.  Beyond 2010, the company will focus on performing a limited number of market studies and feasibility analyses.
Each project has in the past, and will continue in the future, to receive the attention of company president Robert Kammrath.  A graduate of Valparaiso University, Mr. Kammrath was an accountant with United Airlines and is a former U. S.
